Given that I have always enjoyed tutoring my friends during school years, teaching seemed the most convenient career for an empath like me. During my teaching years, I found myself gravely concerned about the mental and behavioural well being of my students, along with their academic performance. I always made an effort to know my students beyond the classroom and guide them holistically. I found my evangelical calling when I found myself in a generous position. Parents of concerned students, my colleagues and peers began finding solace with me regarding their children and personal problems, respectively. Perhaps they respected my perspective, or they were just looking to confide in, either way, I was always zealous to help them.
